Come learn the basics of attachment theory through the easily understandable and readily applicable Circle of Security approach. Using secure attachment as a guide to caregiver/child interactions, this workshop will clarify essential relationship competencies that promote healthy child development, enhance children’s peer relationships, build resilience to adverse childhood experiences, increase cooperative behavior, and optimize children’s learning potential.

At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
  • Better identify and respond to children's attachment cues.
  • Understand the importance of secure attachment.
