As a teacher working in a collaborative classroom, I have come to learn how important inclusiveness is for young children. I have come to develop many strategies and techniques to support children with many needs in an early childhood classroom. As Head Start teachers, we work with children needing EI/ECSE services and other interventions. It can be very difficult to balance the individualizing and IFSP goals of the children we work with.
