Food Service Cordiantor

I manange the food service for 9 sites. One is catered by a school district and the other 8 we serve out of one main kitchen. The sites are in Bend, Redmond, and Prineville. We have a food Tec Driver that shuttles hot and cold foods 4 days a week on a schedule per city. I also do trainings, for CACFP/USDA on Family Style Meal Service and Civil Rights.
